New Header Logo

helloHello friends!

My new header logo / image is done. I have uploaded the brand new one there. Check it out on my header.

I’ll probably edit the color a little bit, but the overall form won’t change. That’s the final version.

The logo symbolizes my 2010 theme: journey to be a better blogger. The dotted arrow symbolizes positive progress in the journey. It is dotted to signify that progress are not made in one attempt, instead it consists of many smaller points achieved in different times.

    Very nice and unique new header! I like it very much! :-) Though, you could make the tagline clearer/bolder because now it is not very easy to see.

    Maybe now you should put your logo as the favicon for your blog ;-) .

    I like your New blog logo a lot. But a small suggestion: the Tag line in the Golden color is not clearly visible due to the Fading effect.

      Thanks Ed. You can get a good designer to create one for you. I didn’t create my logo myself. I had a designer friend do it for me.

    Isaac, Logo looks good. As several others have mentioned, I would work on the tag line. If you like the color, maybe make the font site for both font size so you can keep the balance.

    Having a custom logo is very important and it does help give your blog a professional feel. I will soon follow in your footsteps and create my own. I just haven’t the time to create one yet.

    If you want any advice on the logo design. let me know I might be able to you help you out if your using Photoshop.

      Thanks buddy. I have the layered psd file, so it won’t be very hard to edit the color. I’ll see what I can do there.

    Nice header indeed. It’s nice that you explained the dots as I just thought they were dots, but you had a reason for them.

    The logo is so important to any site, but not to many users worry about it. I have seen some big boys (big bloggers) who have loads of traffic and comments, but have a plain and simple logo.

      Thanks George. I believe a good logo need to have deep meaning behind its design. That’s why the dots is there, forming a head of arrow pointing to the right.
