Learning to improve my content is one of my priorities in blogging. How about you?

I started this site on July 4, 2009. Since then I keep writing new posts and this is my 38th post. In the process, I constantly try to improve the posts in various aspects, including grammar, language, tone, format, framework, opening, closing, titles, etc. Experiments is a daily routine.

These five earliest posts mark my starting point here on this blog. They are like my warm up posts, talking mostly about my experience in starting out this site. Sometimes I laugh at myself or feel embarrassed when reading them. But such thing is a part of our growth, right? Check them out:

1. Hello World!

I edited the first post I found after installing my WordPress. Take a look what I wrote there.

2. Official WordPress Themes Directory You’re Probably Unaware of

I write this post based on my experience searching for a good theme for my blog. Unlike Blogger, WordPress has an official directory for themes. That was new for me.

3. WordPress on Low Bandwidth Hosting? Be Careful

It’s another of my experience using a low bandwidth hosting (400MB bandwidth/month). Now I have moved and 10GB of bandwidth is available for my site every month. I don’t need to be too careful now

4. How to Add an Icon to WordPress without Coding

I wrote about a nice plugin here, which worked very nice on my iNove free theme. But I don’t use it any longer. Now I can do it via manual coding.

5. SEO on WordPress Permalink, Have You?

This post is based on my experience in setting custom permalink for my site. It’s useful for SEO so I thought it would be a decent post.

Perhaps you will find that those five above have different (may be worse) quality with my recent posts. I hope they are worse or otherwise I’m not learning. Feel free to laugh at them. If you do, I’ll join you LOL
